DMCA Policy

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

  • Identify the specific URLs or other unique identifying information of material that Tod In Nachbars Garten Rosenheim Cops has removed or to which Tod In Nachbars Garten Rosenheim Cops has disabled access and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly provide the complaining party with a copy of the counter-notification and inform them that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within 10 business days. We will then replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it between 10 to 14 business days after receipt of the counter-notification, unless our Designated Copyright Agent first receives notice from the complaining party that such party has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our system.
